Patents: We provide full services including PCT entries into China and domestic applications.
We have a team of attorneys who can provide excellent services, covering Patent search, composing of patent documents based on the core technology provided by the applicant, replying to Office Action, Patent Review, License, Assignment, Invalidation and reply, and other related services.
To secure protection in China one can only choose to register its patents in China.
In case everything goes smooth, the average time consuming for patent is 2 to 3 years from filing to grant.

Trademarks: We provide full trademark services in China, from a comprehensive trademark search (optional), through registration as well as subsequent services such as trademark watch , license, assignment, renewal, etc. Our services include also oppositions, review, invalidation and disputes.
To secure protection in China one can only choose to register a trademark in China.
China mainland trademark registration is a process that takes around 15 months. And in HongKong, Taiwan and Macao the duration is around 10 months.
